To install the software to a Series 60/S60 phone, infra-red the JAR file directly.
To install to an Series 40 the phone, you'll need to use the Nokia PC Suite. It's on the CD that came with the phone. If you don't have it (or can't remember where it went), you can always download it from the Nokia web site. Go to the
product page of the phone and click on support/download. Once it's installed and running, there's a menu option to install applications. Click on that and it'll ask for the "Jad" file (found in the H5N1 DECON package), once you confirm your decision, the Nokia PC Suite software will ask you to connect your phone and it'll proceed to install the software.
